Candice, I know we only had a brief chance to work together, but it remains one of my favorite weeks. As I look at your photographs, what comes through to me, that makes your pictures unique, is your background as a photojournalist. I shoot weddings and feel the same way. I have worked with classically trained ‘portrait’ and ‘wedding photographers’, and always feel that they are missing that intrinsic quality – the connection to the subject.
Just wanted to say that I enjoy seeing your work. I am in the process of ‘digitizing’ my portfolio and getting it on line…. Who knows, maybe we can inspire others to pick up a camera!
